Kutná Hora - Bone church ossuary
The world-renowned ossuary in Kutná Hora is a medieval Gothic chapel that for centuries has stood on the remains of 40,000 people. You'll see bizarre decorations made from human bones in the form of chandeliers, a pyramid, crosses and coats of arms.
We also visit cathedral of St. Barbara and Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary which have been included in the UNESCO world heritage list.
Konopiste Castle
This castle that started as a late 13th century Gothic castle belonged over the years to some of the most prominent historical figures. The last owner was the heir to the Austro-Hungarian crown Archduke Franz Ferdinand d´Este who, was, together with his wife Sophia, assassinated in Sarajevo in 1914. This act started the First World War.
